Frank is a telecom industry professional with more than 20 years of experience working with network operators and system vendors to develop and deploy innovative wireless solutions. Frank co-founded small-cell backhaul pioneer BLiNQ Networks. He held senior product management, marketing and business development positions at Ericsson, Redline, and Metawave. He holds a BS in electrical engineering from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, and an MASc in electrical engineering and an MBA from the University of Toronto, Canada. He is a senior member of IEEE, and a member of Professional Engineers Ontario.
